Kisha Reynolds, C C Ht, is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, author of Beyond the Habit: Understanding the Development, Triggers, and Treatment for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and certified life coach. Her firsthand experiences have brought unwavering empathy, compassion, and relatability as she has faced similar struggles as those she helps. Her journey, to where she is currently, started 25 years ago in the world of HR as a Recruiter. After working as an in-house corporate Recruiter for a few years she stepped out on faith and started a recruitment consultancy business where she contracted her skill set as a Recruiter and led recruitment teams in areas such as Engineering, Healthcare, Emerging Markets, Education, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device. She then added to her consultancy business by offering interview coaching and resume writing packages to clients. In addition, she volunteered her interview coaching experience to non-profit organizations by facilitating monthly workshops. However, while helping others, she suffered and still suffers occasionally with lifelong body focused repetitive behaviors which were a direct impact of the bullying she endured. To help others, as well as herself, she made the decision to step out on faith once again by saying goodbye to recruitment and interview coaching and focusing on strengthening others from the inside out using hypnotherapy. Today Kisha serves clients as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, coaching, working with caregivers, grief and recovery, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), healing the inner child, and working with transgender clients, and Learning & Development,. Using her training she changes negative thoughts patterns into positive patterns by creating new neuro-pathways using the subconscious.
Therefore, bringing forth change from the inside out. Through her hypnotherapy practice, 3.2.1. Deep Sleep Hypnotherapy, Kisha has taken her bullying experience and has used it to develop a hypnotherapy series called Know You’re D.O.P.E which focuses on replenishing things bullying and all versions of trauma destroys like self confidence, self criticism, and the ability to trust oneself. Along with Know You’re D.O.P.E she has also developed a series called All Repeaters Are Welcome. This series aims to foster self-awareness, reduce compulsive behavior, releasing guilt and shame, silencing critical self-talk, and empowering positive motivation and self-esteem while promoting an overall sense of agency through mindfulness techniques to include guided imagery and client specific hypnotic suggestions. Her mission of healing has come full circle with the creation of her transformative meticulously designed retreats.
